The following Terms and Conditions apply to this 'Homezoner' game and prize draw competition:The 'Homezoner' game is open to UK mortgage trade journalists except employees of the promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the competition. 

This game is by invitation only and is only to be played by those who have been invited. Anyone who thinks they are eligible to play the game should contact Lara Lipsey at laral@lansons.com.

Players can play the game as many times as they like.  The highest scores per player will be entered onto a leader board.
Responsibility cannot be accepted for anyone whose score is not high enough for entry onto the leader board.

The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or close the game at any point in time without awarding a prize, if necessary. To be eligible for the prize, entrants must enter their real forename and surname along with publication to appear on the leaderboard. Entrants who use nick names will be not be eligible for the prize. 

Anyone caught cheating, hacking into the leader board or attempting to do so will be disqualified immediately from the game and not eligible for the prize.

The prize is a Sony Vaio Laptop, VGN-N11S, 1.6GHz with 15.4 inch display. There is no cash alternative to the prize, and the prize is not transferable.  The entrant who is deemed the highest scorer at 12pm on Friday 22 December 2006 will be awarded the prize.  The decision of the promoter will be final.

All game entries become the property of the promoter. Entry to this game signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.The prize winner will be notified by email using the email address provided. It is the responsibility of entrants to ensure they have provided accurate contact details, and that they respond to any communication promptly regarding delivery / acceptance of the prize.

The name of the prize draw winner will be emailed to those who have entered the game.The promoter of this game and prize is Alliance & Leicester Mortgages.
